Project Background
The previous Clicked website had unclear structure, low engagement, and some conversion challenges that made it hard for users to quickly understand the services offered. The redesign focused on creating a cleaner flow, improving readability, and presenting information in a way that feels more modern, approachable, and easy to navigate.
Main Responsibilities
I led the end-to-end redesign of Clicked’s website, starting with a UX audit to identify content gaps and usability issues. From there, I reorganised the information architecture, content flow, and redesigned the UI with a clearer hierarchy and intuitive layout. I also refined the visual style and added more engaging sections to ensure the overall experience felt user-friendly and more aligned with conversion goals.

What Wasn't Working
The previous website looked overly template-based and lacked a strong first impression. The headline wasn’t punchy enough to communicate Clicked’s value, and the “Contact Us” CTA felt passive instead of action-driven. The hero image, a generic meeting room photo, didn’t reflect the brand or build trust. Across the page, weak visual hierarchy and scattered content made it difficult for users to follow the flow, reducing engagement and overall conversion rate.
SEO-Focused Branding
The branding and messaging for Clicked are redesigned to position it as a disruptor in the SEO industry, offering top-tier services at competitive rates while ensuring maximum visibility and ROI for clients.
The hero section was redesigned to deliver a clearer, high-impact message with a strong, action-oriented CTA that immediately communicates Clicked’s SEO value.
The webpage's tone of voice blends confidence and clarity by using keywords like "Results" and "Strategy", presenting SEO expertise in a direct, approachable way.
The colour palette supports Clicked’s brand by creating a modern, trustworthy, and growth-oriented visual identity that reflects their focus on digital expertise and measurable results.
